Format — online, 10 weeks
I am opening a recruitment process for a new mini-group (3-5 people) for live mentoring in web design.
This is a format where I personally accompany you at every stage: from the first mockups to the diploma and the first clients.

✧ Who am I and why am I mentoring

My name is Polya. I am a web designer and developer with 4 years of experience. I create websites of various levels — from classic landing pages, shops and online schools to creative digital projects: mini-games, visual worlds, non-standard interfaces. I work with clients from the CIS, China, and the USA. My projects often come by sundress — because I know how to listen, fall in love and be friends with customers.
I am not only a practicing designer, but also an educator.
I was a curator at Yudaev.The school, OneTwoFree, has taught at Rebotica, taught more than 25 students personally, and reviewed over 3,000 papers. I've taught both adults and teenagers, and I know what difficulties beginners face and how to help them overcome them. My partner and I have launched our own web studio, and I am ready to share real processes and cases.
Mentoring for me is not a conveyor belt, it's a heart-to-heart job. We communicate very warmly with each student during personal work, and some of them write such kind words.:

10 weeks of hard work + support that can't be found in online course records.
We will meet 2-3 times a week at Zoom, and I will give you articles, checklists, resources, and reviews.
The program is designed to give you real skills, practice, and confidence.
1 month — design theory and Figma (composition, typography, visual, layouts)
2 months — we study Tilda, we do full-fledged projects
🎓 At the end is a graduation project: a portfolio website with structure, visual and texts
📣 Plus: the final section on customer search, negotiations, applications and funnels

✔ I adjust the program as I go
✔ I conduct a general chat with support and analysis of difficulties

✧ And after that?

After successfully defending your diploma, you:
✔ You get 1-2 hours of individual consultation
✔ You get into my closed database of designers (I share tasks and transfer customer contacts)
✔ You get a set of designer buns (templates, extensions, guides — I'll choose for you)
✔ You leave with a ready-made portfolio and an understanding of the market

✧ It's important to be honest

I'm not promising that you'll become a Behance star right away. But I know for sure that you can grow into a sought-after designer if you don't give up.
The profession has a routine, deadlines, 7-minute voicemail clients, and sleepless edits. But there is also joy: from projects that reflect your character, and from the fact that you manage your time and income.
I'll help you.:
— understand the difference between creative and commercial projects
— choose between freelancing and office (or find your own mix)
— build a personal work system so as not to burn out
— and the main thing is to find your own way without copying someone else's style

✧ What can be achieved?

Design is not a magic pill, but it is a profession with potential. If you are going steadily and developing, then after 2-3 months you can:

Someone will take design as a side job, someone will develop a career there. I'll help you figure out which way to go.

The cost is 600 $ (can be divided into 3 payments)
Duration — 10 weeks + 2 additional weeks

📩 Write to me on Telegram and I will tell you in more detail, send you a questionnaire and a detailed training program (and I will also attach a checklist "how to start training in a career as a designer" as a gift, in case you decide to study on your own).
Important: I only take 3-5 people. So that I could be as close as possible. Not just as a "mentor on the course", but as a person who believes in you and leads you by the hand into a new world for you. No rush, no pressure, no extra water in training.
